This magazine ad—one of a series—ran in technical IT trade publications. Metaphors, humor, and out-of-context visuals successfully captured attention and drove response. Monocle developed the theme for the series, as well as the specific concepts, copy, and design for each ad.
This ad was placed in the annual Non-GMO Sourcebook and targeted growers, manufacturers, and sellers who needed proof of food authenticity. We quickly spoke to the organic market with wholesome imagery and a twist on time-honored phrases. Monocle provided the series theme as well as concept, copy, and design for each ad.
When offering a green energy choice in several states, Monocle developed the Go Green campaign. When it specifically launched in New York, Monocle added the big green apple—with its tiny produce sticker stating “Made in New York”. The concept was used in advertising, direct mail, and point of sale.
